Due to the COVID-19 virus, here village still isolated to some extent, and materials become temporarily short.
and also after more than one month no shipment, European market have an intense purchase recently,
Domestic market is becoming normal now, and consumption is recovering.
Last week, the cost of materials go up by 100usd per ton, and we expect the market may stay at this level, and future market will see what going on with the COVID-19 virus. Market change may only happen in July-Sep. For now what we can see the market greatly damaged by the destination market, and we fear default from Europe due to this serious COVID-19, and we already stop shipments to Italy. So we need to wait a little bit time to see what the market go on.
For now China situation of COVID-19 is much better now, and our production and life gradually back to normal, however we are surprised by the numbers worldwide. and we actually donot know the direction of the market, as really economy is bad. We can only keep limited stock to cover our contracts, dare not to keep big stock, or do advanced sales without stock.
